Johanna Foster (she/her)

Johanna Foster is a mental health counselor and anti-racist educator.  She is Black and Afro-German-American.   She is the daughter of civil rights activists and educators and was born and raised in Harlem, NY.  She believes that we are born into this world whole and worthy of love, care and compassion.  Her work as a psychotherapist and educator is rooted in our collective and individual capacity to co-create healing and liberation. She has Master of Arts in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University and has spent the last years working in higher education as an instructor and counselor.

​Maria D'Cruze (she/her)

Maria D'Cruze is a Licensed Master Social Worker, holistic practitioner and community organizer. She has experience providing individual and group counseling to address issues relating to gender-based violence, immigration, complex trauma and racial identity. Maria is an Indigenous Focusing Oriented Therapist (IFOT) who incorporates land-based medicine, mindfulness and Reiki and Yoga teachings into her practice. Maria is also guided by the ancestral wisdom of plants as she works to create plant-based skin and body products.   As a first generation immigrant from India, Maria strives to connect with the land and carve out intentional wellness spaces for BIPOC.

Karly Rodriguez (she/her)

Karly Rodriguez is a mental health counselor, meditation practitioner, medical advocate and a mom working to parent for social justice. Karly was raised in Teaneck New Jersey in a Latinx and Jewish family. She graduated with a Master’s of Arts in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University, where she currently teaches as an adjunct professor.  Karly believes that oppression is at the root of our suffering and she is committed to movements for collective liberation, with no exceptions. She utilizes mindfulness and indigenous focusing oriented therapy to support clients in reconnecting to their bodies, intuition, and community support.

Hilda Massoud (she/her)

Hilda Massoud (she/her) is a Palestinian artist, poet, dancer, feeler, and mover. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker by trade and always a student. She actively seeks various ways of resisting, restoring, releasing, and retreating to remain present and connected. She believes everyone has a unique light to shine and, as unique as each individual is, so is their own personal healing journey. Hilda values working from within to radiate transformative waves of healing, justice, and harmony outward to all our relations. She is certified in Indigenous Focusing-Oriented Therapy (IFOT) and utilizes land-based tools, body-focusing techniques, and dreamwork to heal complex trauma experienced personally, intergenerationally, and collectively. Hilda invites space to attend to the mental, physical, spiritual, emotional, and social aspects of an experience. She is a Reiki level II practitioner and is open to alternative ways of knowing to enhance mindful living, loving, and being.
